When will the doll arrive? In time Christmas?
We are hopeful but can not promise Christmas delivery for the dolls.
Because of this, we are taking the extra measures & expenses to ship the welcome bundle including the girl journal, little book of verses, and any additional accessories/outfits you may buy, in advance. This way, you will be able to have something under the tree on Christmas morning in the event the doll does not arrive in time.
Will you be offering more/different dolls in the future?
Yes! Depending on demand, we plan to order a second run of dolls soon after the first sale. We hope this will allow everyone who wanted a doll(s) to receive one.
We also hope to expand our line with more dolls and different styles/colors of hair, eyes, skin & outfits in the near future.
What is your return/exchange policy?
As a small business just getting started, we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your product. If any part of your order is damaged, email us and we will work hard to get it right!
Due to our extensive process splitting shipping locations to accommodate holiday arrival, the return process is a bit detailed. There are no exchanges on dolls at this time.
Return shipping is not covered and a 5% restocking fee applies.
To initiate a return for a doll:
You may return your doll within 30 days of purchase. It must come with all the original packaging and in unused condition. This includes the box and all clothing as well as the hair protected inside the hair net.
Steps to initiate a return:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: RETURN REQUEST
2. In the body of the email, include your order # and what you will be returning so we can expect it.
3. Securely package and ship your doll in the original packaging including the branded window box.
